2 Cor 12:11 "Restoration" (September 8)

Woe to those who call evil good
Who are wise in their own eyes - Isaiah 5:20-21
Wait! Woe is me! I am undone.
Yes, it was exactly precisely
in the year that King Uzziah died.
God undid me.
I know that to be true in my own life.
The year a powerful person disengaged from us.
Woe is me! I had too much stock in that good man.
God never intended for us to be attached to Anyone but Him.

So,
Examine yourselves.
Test yourselves.
Wonder how?
Give us wisdom this day.
And we pray that we do not do wrong
but appear to meet the test. 2 Cor 12:7.
Restoration is our prayer, Oh God!
Restoration for our very souls
in this year of the LORD.

And for our family who come to mind.
Oh Dear God!!!!
May they aim for restoration this very moment!
Comfort them.
We all agree.
Let's Live in Peace.

And as Paul says his final compelling greeting
to his failing fledgling Corinth church he so still loves---
many who missed the mark---
yet, they are still loved and cared for.
May the God of Love & Peace be with you ~ 2 Cor 12:11
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all ~ 2 Cor 12:14

Oh dear friends, woe is me!
May we all aim for Restoration in this very year, very day!

  1. As quickly as Isaiah confessed his sins, a seraphim came to cleanse his lips with a coal to free him from guilt.

    Confess and be cleansed quickly.

Then he was able to hear the Lord ask Whom shall I send? And he could eagerly respond, Send me!

Open ears and hear the Lord speak.
Answer Him with a joyful Yes and Amen.

How long, oh Lord? and He answered, "Until..."

As long as it takes, Annette.

"He is not weak in dealing with you, but is powerful among you. For he was crucified in weakness, but lives by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but in dealing with you we will live with him by the power of God."

Powerful. Among. Us. Reign in our hearts, Lord. Be properly seated on Your Throne in our hearts!

  2. Praying for restoration this day, this year, for our hearts to be strengthened in His Power, for our lives to be scrutinized and proven genuine, for His Love to reign.
