~Oh to share the World of Grace!~
The apostles spoke a long time with reliance upon the LORD, testifying to the Word of His Grace. All those who heard could only say t.h.i.s. --- God was with them. Acts 14:3. And they did not let the opposition sway them, hurt them, shut them down. Perseverance is grace in the midst of pressure and suffering. If you are driven to do this thing, declare the truth. We can stand upright like the man from Lystra, lame from his mother's womb. Acts 14:8. We were born in spiritual poverty. Helpless. No more. "Stand upright." Walk by faith. We can be delivered from the domain of darkness, the dominion of habits gone wrong. Reliance upon the Holy One and these words of His Grace. Oh God! Come down! Give us hope for what we can truly become when I face the reality of who I really am! These apostles lived so boldly, testifying of your Grace, not protecting themselves. Whatever is not genuine in our lives, the phoniness, revive us to live this kind of life. PRAYER FROM PSALMS
Psalm 85:6 - Revive us again, O Lord! Will you please do it again? That we may rejoice in You. Show us your Unfailing Love.
Lord please show us where we rely on ourselves and not on You. We want to stand upright and walk by faith being led by You and relying on You.
