Read with me cover-to-cover in 2025. Start the Old & New Testaments together on January 1. About 3 chapters per day. About 15 minutes of your day. Join us as the axe of Biblical Love thaws the frozen parts (66LL) in our hearts. My focus in 2025 is counseling yourself from the Word. We average 60,000 thoughts per day. Take courage. Talk to yourself from Truth. I am more emotional and pensive and overly-sensitive than most. I need to know how to truly live.

Psa 95:7 and Phil 4:7 "Peace Passing Understanding" (July 24)
When I think of God's peace, I think of solutions. I need to toss that thought in the backseat of my life. Peace is what happens to us when we depend on our God in our messes. Phil 4:7 It is the Peace of God that guards our minds and hearts. It's not peace for all our problems. No panacea here. It is the grace upon grace kind of Peace that will keep us sane, hedge us in from sinning, shore up our line from sinking, So, let us worship. Fall Forward. Face Down. Psalm 95:7.

"And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. To our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen." Phillipians 4:19 Love it! <3 <3 <3
ReplyDeleteWhen my foot slips, His love supports me. (Ps. 94:18)The Lord is my fortress, the Rock in whom I take refuge (94:22). Even in the midst of pain, confusion, and heartbreak, I sing for joy to the Lord, my Maker. (Ps. 95:1). Rejoicing in the Lord always (no matter what) is what keeps my head above the water. (Phil 4:4). These last 6 months Philippians 4:6,7 have been my go to verses that I've quoted over and over, and I have been able to do all things through Christ who strengthens me!
ReplyDeleteThank you ladies for the beautiful testimonies of His goodness. His peace that passes all understanding can not be described, there are NO words that will tell anyone how it feels....you have to experience it. Peace is not the absence of conflict it is what you have in the midst of the conflict.
ReplyDeleteBev, continuing to pray for all the things surrounding the wedding and the preparations.
