This is a new place for them.
Not a wilderness but still it must be occupied.
There will be wilderness moments even in lush fields and within palace walls. Numbers 36:13
Forty Years of wrestle in a wilderness is about to come to an abrupt halt into a land flowing with the likes of what they have not known. God calls us all to new places. New places in towns. New places in relationships. New places in learning to love. Removed from one Wilderness to another place that holds a wilderness, too.
No exemptions.
Only we have the teaching of the full Word of God to walk in. We have the power of the Mighty Hand of God to enable us to do what we are called to do. "These are the commandments through Moses to the people of Israel by the Jordan River at Jericho." God is with you in this. They must move to occupy this new place. May we do the same in what we face, by His Unending Grace, by His All-Knowing Power.
God sees the spot you're in;
He knows the patch you must maneuver;
His heart is toward you in Full Compassion in your removal.
Occupy.
