Dear Kids, The Queen of the South comes to see if what she has heard about Solomon is true. I Kings 10:6. There is no greater king in all the land. Solomon truly is the epitome of wealth and wisdom. He has tasted all of these enjoyments like no other. Yet he writes a whole book to show the folly of the worldly things, the vexation of spirits that live for this world. And the lingering question---what is it that we want more than we want God. Solomon concludes that life is all about serious godliness. May one of the wisest influence us to live for the Only Wise God.
