July 28 "Mark This" 2 Kings 18:9-37, Psalm 46, 80, 135

His Power.

His Presence.

His Providential Hand.

For better or worse.

Whatever may fall.

When others say they will not follow as they did in 2 Kings 18, may we walk tall and away. Straight into the arms of of Ever Present Help. Psalm 46:1. The One Who is always here. Near. A prayer away. "If God be in our hearts, by his word dwelling richly in us, we shall be established, we shall be helped; let us trust and not be afraid...So, mark this: If God be for us, who can be against us? With this, through life and in death, let us answer every fear." Matthew Henry

COME BOLDLY: Timeless Prayers

Father,
When our earth gives way this day,
When the mountains are moved into the heart of our sea,
Peace.
Do Not Fear.
Be Still.
Know that He is still God.
Psalm 46:10.
By Thy Power.
Under Thy Mercy.
