Eph 1:17 "Eyes Opened by Resurrection Power" (September 28)

Ephesians 1:17-19 May God, the Father of glory, give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead...
That same kind of power, Resurrection power, is at work in me and in you this very day.  Thank you God!

  1. Just a short prayer request for Sally, she is having the reconstruction surgery tomorrow. she gave a long list of prayer requests but said if just one was taken that was fine...I have chosen to share one with you all. That she and her husband Corey might have opportunities to share Jesus with someone tomorrow at the hospital. She may go home tomorrow night and then she may spend the night that will be their choice and that was one of the other prayer requests, but I feel strongly that The Pearls should pray for witnessing opportunities so that God might receive more glory from this trial. Blessings on all of you.

  4. Praying for Sally today, Mary Lou, and to Christ Jesus be all glory in her healing, in her witness!

    IN CHRIST (in Him)
    We have:
    every spiritual blessing
    redemption through His blood
    the forgiveness of our trespasses
    the riches of His Grace
known to us the mystery of His will
    an inheritance
    the Word of Truth

We are sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, our Guarantee.

"a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth."

TO THE PRAISE OF HIS GLORY!

  5. How precious of Sally that in all her need, she is thinking of God's children who will be beside her. Know that He's right there with her every step of the way. Psalm 81:10 - open your mouth Sally and God will fill it with Himself. He already has. You reveal a little taste of the Goodness of God's Love in midst of your own dependence, distress, and dilemmas. What a beautiful request! May 2 Thes 1:11-12 be so real for you Sally!
