John 1:3 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God.
He was in the beginning with God.
All things came into being through Him,
and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being.
We use our words to tell our heart, our minds, our world. He sent His Son to tell His Heart. He became alive for all of us. The Word made flesh. The Living Word.
May we wrestle hard to see the Living Word in all our day. Woe to those who live in ease. Amos 6:1. Wrestle well, my friend. Apart from Him, there is no change. He will make Something out of nothing.
PRAYER FROM PSALMS
Psalm 51:4 May the Truth sink way down deep in our hearts, O God, we pray.

The Living Word made flesh to dwell among us. May we see Him through out the day and may people see Him in our actions and hear Him in our words.
ReplyDeleteAnd the Gospels are flying by just like this year has.
ReplyDeleteIn the beginning...He always was. His Word breathes life. Even the lightning fast years that go by, He made them, too.
In the meantime, and in the forever, He always is. He always will be. When everything else is a blur of change and inconsistencies, He is the constant, the consistent One.
And tonight when I rest my head on the pillow and wonder at the hurry and rush of life, if there was anything at all significant in this Day, and surely there was, it was Him.
He is the only One that brings meaning to the ordinary, and life to our lives. He brings significance to the moments as well as the lifetimes and even eternity.
