"God Never Intended for Me to be Attached to Any Person but Him" Judges 1-3; Luke 4:1-30

Dear Ones,

Whenever the Lord raised up a judge for them, he was with the judge and saved them out of the hands of their enemies as long as the judge lived; for the Lord relented because of their groaning under those who oppressed and afflicted them. Judges 2:18. 

Judge 2 - "I'll use them to test Israel and see whether they stay on God's road and walk down it as their parents did." 

But the people would forget when a judge died that there was a God to remember.  

God never intended for us to be attached to anyone but Him.  To anything but Him.
