April 23 "Worship Anyway" 2 Kings 7-8

When Elisha reached the house, there was the boy lying dead on his couch.  He went in, shut the door on the two of them and prayed to the Lord. Then he got on the bed and lay on the boy, mouth to mouth, eyes to eyes, hands to hands. As he stretched himself out on him, the boy’s body grew warm. 2 Kings 8:32-34.

Elisha has a d.ouble portion of Elijah's spirit, maybe a triple. "The sweetest song is sung in the darkest night. That mom sung the refrain that night.  And the very best prayer: above all, seek to know God better and represent Him well in everything we do, every circumstance we live, no matter how we feel.  No life on the couch, worship anyway.  No breath on the bed, worship anyway.
