We are all like Judah in some ways or another.
The Lord called Judah to more.
The Lord had "a controversy" with Judah.
He exhorted him to return to the God of
Judah's descendants. You see, Jacob's God
was waiting for Judah to come back.
Judah, the noble progenitor of such greatness.
You will reap the whirlwind.

Yet, he chose the wrong path.
And for those of us who have family & friends
who have gone awry,
may we deal with ourselves first.
For the God of all Grace, their covenant God
is moving toward them in Power & Love.
None of us can do this on our own.
Kimchi explains it, "thou shalt rest in thy God;" comparing it with Isaiah 30:15.
But.
You must return to your God.
Maintain love and justice.
And wait for your God always.
