May 3 "God Sent His Word" Psalm 106-107

Let the redeemed of the LORD say so. Psalm 107:2.

Whom He has redeemed from trouble.

And gathered in.

Grasped.

Both we and our fathers have sinned. Psalm 107:6.

We have committed iniquity, forgetting.

Not considering.

God.

The Israelites could not wait for the Counsel of God because they had a "wanton craving in the wilderness."  Psalm 103:14

So what did they do with their disobedience?
They cried to the Lord in their trouble, and...
He delivered them for their stress, and ...
God sent His Word and healed them all.

COME BOLDLY:  Timeless Prayers
Oh! Let us thank the Lord for His Steadfast Love.
Thank You for your work in our lives this very day,
even though we may not see Your Hand. Psalm 107:20
Oh Dear God, Send Your Word to each of us this moment

PHOTO:  It's a monumental day.  My mountains shake.
And my God's Love for me will never be shaken.

  1. God is faithful....He remembers and keeps His promises. Moses stood in the breach for the people who had forgotten their God and ALL He had done for them. and then Phineas stood and intervened and the anger of the Lord was stopped! God relented according to the abundance of His steadfast love. The people still turned from Him and He heard their cry for help and He delivered them yet again. Great lesson for me today. Though I am sinful, I can stand in the gap for my loved ones and plead for them to our loving God who is steadfast and abundant in His love for us that is everlasting. His mercies are new every single morning.
