Read with me cover-to-cover in 2025. Start the Old & New Testaments together on January 1. About 3 chapters per day. About 15 minutes of your day. Join us as the axe of Biblical Love thaws the frozen parts (66LL) in our hearts. My focus in 2025 is counseling yourself from the Word. We average 60,000 thoughts per day. Take courage. Talk to yourself from Truth. I am more emotional and pensive and overly-sensitive than most. I need to know how to truly live.

Jer 37:13 "In All Our Cisterns, He is There" (November 3)
The Word of the LORD kept coming to Jeremiah.
Over and over again, he heard from God.
And in all the weighty words,
he landed in a cistern, doomed to die.
What did Jeremiah ponder in that cistern?
Whether we are in a cistern or a chapel,
in the midst of recognition or dismissal,
in the midst of safety or danger,
our God knows and is at work.
Will we trust him in the confusion?
Will we trust him in our delusion?
Jer 37:13 ~

Will we trust Him and cling to Him when all is going well? I do think I tend to cling and trust Him more when I am in a pit than when I am not in one. Yet, I want to be thankful and trust Him in ALL things. Loving my Gratitude Journal that Ann Voskamp has inspired. Count your many blessings and you will be surprised and what God has done. A grateful heart is one that is content and at peace. Blessings on everyone's week end.
