Isaiah 30:18 ~ Our God longs to have compassion on us. Will the LORD wait for you? Every day. The Vision awaits. He will not delay. Hab 2:2. God is right on time for you. He will work gloriously in whatever you face. May He have mercy upon you in your need. Blessed are all they that wait for Him, not on a change in circumstance.
Return and Rest.
Be Quiet.
Be Confident.
His Strength in you.
Sit Still.
Quiet Your Minds.
Placed Upon You is All
Of the Promises of God.
Isa 30:15
Some of these words came from a commentary written by John Wesley. Wesley watched his mom and dad bury 10 children---his brothers and sisters. He knew suffering. He learned how to quiet his mind, quiet his heart before the One he lived for.
May we all find a rest we know not. A place of trust where those dark places in our heart are not yet redeemed (says my author friend). Oh to find joy in the midst of all the ongoingness of life.
Return.
Rest.
It is the Kindness of our God that leads us to
Repentance.
Rom 2:4

Hear His Voice saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left.
"...you shall weep no more. He will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry. As soon as he hears it, he answers you."
Therefore you have no excuse, O man, every one of you who judges.
"...circumcision is a matter of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter. His praise is not from man but from God."
I echo, ditto everything Annette said...love, love hearing His voice speak softly....this is the way to go. Seeing from a distance how God keeps protecting my son leaves me speechless. What a gift, what a blessing.
