Rev 10:9 Take and eat the little scroll, sweet as honey to taste but bitter to hold.
You must prophesy about peoples and nations and languages and kings.
Today, the ruler of North Korea died.
All good and bad kings must pass the Eastern Gate that never closes,
Where no night falls. Isaiah 60:11.
And they will be conquered forevermore.
So, keep your lamps all trimmed and burning
For the Bridegroom watch and wait.
He’ll be with us at That Meeting
Just inside the Eastern Gate.
When the trumpet calls for me, for you,
Linger near that Eastern Gate.
I'll Meet You in That Mystery Morning.
Just Inside the Eastern Gate.
(Based on the hymn, I'll Meet You in the Morning)
Oh, I love that hymn! I searched You Tube and listened to it. Just imagining the Mystery of God revealed makes me yearn for the Day.
ReplyDeleteOn the morning that my mother passed away, some 17 years ago, my children and I sat on our back patio, and we talked with our pastor who invited the kids to ask questions. One of the kids asked if there were animals in heaven, and another asked about the concept of the world created in 7 days. I had so many questions but kept silent. Why would a good God allow such suffering? The brokenness, the pain, the tears... But the answer was the same: simply, "One Day, we will know."
As I have aged, I have rationalized some of it, but to truly know the full Mystery of a Divine God coming as Man to save a world from itself--amazing Grace in Its Entirety--unfathomable!
Saw your text. Praising, praying!! Doing the happy dance. Asking for favor as a shield about you all!
