I John 1:10 "His Word Is In Us" (December 2)
I John 1:1, 10 ~
They saw Him with their eyes.
They touched Him with their hands.
The Word of Life.
His Word is in us.
The God of Light.
In Him there is no darkness.
Forgiveness and Freedom.
Am I reaching repentance? Am I free?
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9
ReplyDeleteI love the words John penned through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Jesus and The Word and the eternal perspective from which he proclaims Who Jesus is. "In the beginning was the Word...and the Word made his dwelling among men."
In the Spirit of Christmas, the Word came and made His home among men, inside men, dwelling inside our hearts, cleansing and making holy a temporal body into an eternal temple fit for The King.
"Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." Hebrews 12:2
