Philemon 1:21 Confident of your obedience.
Read with me cover-to-cover in 2025. Start the Old & New Testaments together on January 1. About 3 chapters per day. About 15 minutes of your day. Join us as the axe of Biblical Love thaws the frozen parts (66LL) in our hearts. My focus in 2025 is counseling yourself from the Word. We average 60,000 thoughts per day. Take courage. Talk to yourself from Truth. I am more emotional and pensive and overly-sensitive than most. I need to know how to truly live.

Philemon 1:6 "Sharing Your Faith for The Full Knowledge of Every Good Thing in You" (November 3)
Philemon 1:6 I pray that the sharing of your faith may become effective for the full knowledge of every good thing that is in you for the sake of Christ. What a beautiful thought that the sharing of our faith illumines the Light of what is good within us. May The Light of This World invade those places in our hearts that are dark and dreary, waiting for a Whisper from Faith. Paul moved boldly to share his faith with Onesimus who responded to the call of his True Master. Now, here's Paul in a prison, writing that he is a prisoner of Christ not of the city, Rome. May we see the chains that hold us captive as the Hand of God in our lives.

Another prayer for each of us this day, prayed by saints from centuries old and again this day by Pearls bound by one Love and sisterhood:
ReplyDeleteI thank my God always when I remember you in my prayers, because I hear of your love and of the faith that you have toward the Lord Jesus and for all the saints, and I pray that the sharing of your faith may become effective for the full knowledge of every good thing that is in us for the sake of Christ 7For I have derived much joy and comfort from your love, my brother, because the hearts of the saints have been refreshed through you.
AMEN.
Please pray for Dave today (Angie's brother) who is in much pain suffering pancreatic cancer. And Angie, we pray for you, for your steadfastness through another most difficult time. Much comfort and love, my dear friend!
Thank you, Annette! I'm grateful for texts and email so I haven't felt too far away today. He had a very rough day , but the best part is when he gets a handle on the intense pain (with the help of even more increased medications) he doesn't even remember how bad it was. I don't take your prayers for granted. I feel so small in this big city, but I'm confident our God is bigger than these challenges! :)
