He is able to save to the uttermost
Those who draw near to God,
Since he always lives
To make intercession for them.
Saved to the Uttermost...

that do not know peace & joy...
Draw Near to Him

This Day to Make Intercession
Oh, the blessedness of being prayed for by the King of Kings. He made the sacrifice for ALL mankind and sits at the right hand of the Father interceding for me and for all who believe on Him. I heard this comment the other day. Christ is sitting because His work is finished. The priests in the OT could/did not ever sit for they were having to continually make sacrifices for the people and for themselves. They never entered into a rest. Praise God! Our high priest has paid the debt and NO more sacrifices are needed. He saved me to the uttermost and it just make me want to shout, Hallelujah, thank you Jesus! He will always meets us as we draw near to Him in brokenness and desperation. His shed blood covers our ugliness from the Father. Praise God!

ReplyDeleteGod our Father, Your righteous Right Hand shields us and holds us securely.
Holy Spirit, Your comforting Filling abides in our broken hearts.
Draw near to God and He will draw near to You.
Jesus is praying for you, for me. The holiness of that thought slays me.
Such amazing Grace of which we partake!
Our obedience accomplishes His Great Work in us. Never! It is finished!
