  1. When looking in my closet for what God purposes for me to where as I dress for the day or an occassion I recall Col 3:12 (NIV)Therefore as God's chosen people, HOLY and dearly loved, clothe yourself with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

    Peace that Jesus brings through His blood on the cross for me is an Everlasting Peace.

    Bev thanks for your post one more time.

  2. "For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory."

    We cannot comprehend heaven in our human minds. Whatever we visualize, heaven is bigger, brighter, more beautiful and beyond definition.

    But, sometimes I like to ponder heaven and what it will be like to experience. One little thought that passes my mind is the glorious beauty of Jesus Christ...giant-size...bright as the sun...towering over His kingdom.

    And I get this sense that all of His redeemed followers will be hovering all around Him, like an extension of His body. And as His LIVING body of believers, we move and shine with Him and in Him and through Him. His Light is in us. And we are in Him.

    I don't know how to explain because I KNOW that His Glory is His alone. But His Light is alive in us. We who are dead, have been raised up ALIVE in Him.

    Can you picture a living, breathing, praising, worshiping, faithful aura of saints surrounding Jesus in all His Glory...twinkling like stars surrounding Him? Moses face had to be hidden by a veil because he shined after being in the presence of the Lord God.

    We can only imagine. And our imagination can't begin to picture His Brilliance or His Majesty.

    But in the twinkling of an eye we shall be changed...and we will be like Him.

    That will be glory, be glory for me...

    Sing with me...

    When all my labors and trials are o’er,
    And I am safe on that beautiful shore,
    Just to be near the dear Lord I adore,
    Will through the ages be glory for me.

    Refrain:

    Oh, that will be glory for me,
    Glory for me, glory for me,
    When by His grace I shall look on His face,
    That will be glory, be glory for me.

    When, by the gift of His infinite grace,
    I am accorded in heaven a place,
    Just to be there and to look on His face,
    Will through the ages be glory for me.

    Friends will be there I have loved long ago;
    Joy like a river around me will flow;
    Yet just a smile from my Savior, I know,
    Will through the ages be glory for me.
