This beautiful book counsels us in our deepest need where our plans to walk wisely fail.
Where our plans to be strong sink. Where this Holy One is our strength, our everything.
O, Lord, be gracious to us this sunrise. We wait for you not for any man.
"Be our arm every morning, our salvation in the time of trouble." Isaiah 33:2.
And, You will be the stability of our times today, an abundance of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge. Isaiah 33:6.
The Jews provided Light to the World. They knew the truth and rebelled and God had two things against them. They didn't rebel in ignorance. God held the nation accountable.
Did the Jews think they were superior over the Gentiles? God was their Author. But He chose the Jews just like He chose the Gentiles because of His Love set on them not because they were so great or so many.Rom 3:10-11 "None is righteous, no, not one; no one understands; no one seeks for God." Wonder why I think other people are better than I when we are all wandering pilgrims.
We are justified by His Grace as a gift. Undeserved. Unbelievable. Unrelenting. PHOTO: On this beach while I walk, be our arm in time of trouble.
