God fastened him as a nail. Isaiah 22:23.
He put in dad's hands the power to lead His church. Today. Dad stood. Established. Spoke well. The support this congregation needed. And our family needs. And this spike will be strengthened by each of you and your prayers. And the church will be contrived to strengthen its walls by the binding of its people together.
And we all hang on that nail. And the nail-scarred Hands.

I've had a hard life but it's been a good life with him so strong and true. I always wanted to marry a pastor. Wish we could have stayed at Hope and spent all our days there but God had other plans to fasten him as a nail in Austin.
