3 Thoughts Linger from Today's Reading:
Psalm 108 - AWAKENED TO LISTEN. Am I really awake or just trying to live an encouraging positive life? Listen to your life! Am I ready to raise a God-song? If so, my soul must be awake or it's empty notes. For the sake of the one you love so much, reach down and help me---answer me! Human help is worthless.
Psalm 109 - GOD'S HAND IS IN THIS. Does my world recognize Your Hand is in this...and if yes, then how do I respond to that? My God, don't turn a deaf ear to my hallelujah prayer. I'm at the end of my rope, my life in ruins. Save me through your Wonderful Love. Then they'll know that your hand is in this. I so believe you wrote this psalm for me. In some ways, I am at my wit's end but I believe your hand is in this. It would be really good for me, I think, if others knew Your Hand was in this.
Psalm 113 - RESCUED FROM DARKNESS NOT PAIN .
From east to west, from dawn to dusk,
keep lifting all your praises to God!
So very grateful to you God for You rescue the wretched who have been thrown out with the trash. You seat them among honored guests. And you give the childless joy as the parents of children. sent from phone
God's Hand is in even this. Whatever it is you walk through...He's there whether you realize and acknowledge it or not. God's Hand is on your mess.
ReplyDeleteSuch a good reminder--God's Hand is in even this. He hears our prayers and answers. In His Way, In His Timing...in His Hands. Therefore, let us not grow weary of prayer and praise. He is mightily at work.
ReplyDeleteGod's works are so great, worth a lifetime of study—endless enjoyment!
All his products are guaranteed to last—Never out-of-date, never obsolete, rust-proof.
All that he makes and does is honest and true:He paid the ransom for his people, he ordered his Covenant kept forever.
He's so personal and holy, worthy of our respect.
The good life begins in the fear of God—do that and you'll know the blessing of God.
His Hallelujah lasts forever!
Hallelujah! You who serve God, praise God! Just to speak his name is praise! Just to remember God is a blessing—now and tomorrow and always!
Speaking His Name today.
Looking for His Peace under the struggle.
ReplyDeletePsalm 109 really is about me and my situation.
God's Hand is in my mess and I just trust Him in my hallelujahs.
Messiah, come!

God's Hand is in this Blog as each Pearl creates her comments. It is difficult to recognize that God is in our pain...yet Praise God for the pain or we would not know something is wrong until it could too late.
ReplyDeleteYes, God is in my mess. Thank you Lord for not giving up on me and being faithful to a faithless person. I praise His Holy Name that I am allowed in this community of saints who walk this path with me.
The honesty and vunerability I read from this blog blesses me and helps me know I am not alone.
All of you are such gifted writers, some of you even published authors, artist, etc ...and then God allows me to make my comments along with yours. The miracle is when God is able to write through my simple mind and fingers on this keyboard.
I praise God for the Freedom of Speech we have today in America and on this Blog. You help me grow stronger in my faith. You validate me. You challenge me to grow in the likeness of Christ.
Yes! Only God could bring us together...His Hand is in this. Praise His Holy Name!
This is a song I must Sing. Sylvia
