Here is a parable for the eye.
Wash one another's feet.
John 13:14.
Learn to be humble and lowly in heart.
Do and say what is for our brother's good.
It is always for their credit and their comfort.
It's humbly condescending to do this service.
And it's mutual.
We must accept help from others.
Be sorry for their sins.
Charity begins at home.
Wash their feet in tears.
Do all we can to bring others to repentance
and, yes, only Christ fully can.
Help them from falling into the miry pit.
Here is Christ's example.
