October 5 "The Just Seeks His Soul" Acts 14

Oh! The Gospel! It's spreading. To spread. It goes on. Conquering. To conquer. Yet such hostility from some! The preaching of the Gospel in Iconium, even to the irate. Those who hate us and what we stand for, may we, the just, seek their soul. Acts 14:1-3. May we live faithful and diligent to the trust committed to each of us. "The bloodthirsty men hate the upright, but the just seek his soul." Proverbs 29:10. May we do good to all men, those who love us and those who hate us. For the sake of the Gospel of Christ Jesus, our Lord. May I always remember this thought breathed by God: when my friends don't want Christ and what I have to offer, may I rise above to do justly. For the just will seek his friend's soul.
