Read with me cover-to-cover. 2024. Share what I've learned in the dark, in the light. Start the Old & on January 1st. About 3 chapters per day. About 15 minutes of your day. Join us as the "axe of Biblical Love thaws the frozen parts" (66LL) in our hearts. My focus this year is sharing what God has done for me over the years---and trusting God to weave every single day.

August 24 "When All is Gone, God is Not Gone" Habukkuk 1-3
In wrath remember mercy. Hab 3:2
"For though the fig tree doesn't flourish,
nor fruit be in the vines;
the labor of the olive fails,
the fields yield no food;
the flocks are cut off from the fold,
and there is no herd in the stalls:
yet I will rejoice in Yahweh. Hab 3:17
This prophet supposes in the midst of their war
the fruit trees wither
the bread-corn fails
the cattle perish ...
he will turn to God and
God will enable him.
When we are stripped bare and all is gone,
our God is not gone.
