especially those we bring on ourselves
according to this story of old.
And it happened even in a desert
out of the way of service.
God appears when we least expect,
not on top of our game.
He is looking for repentant hearts.
“You are the God who sees me,
I have now seen the One who sees me.”

DEAR GOD, PLEASE CHANGE US IN ONE OF OUR TEN THOUSAND LITTLE MOMENTS,
We all have moments of wilderness where we think we can sulk alone. You see all of our withdrawn waywardness. You care more than we can imagine. You engineer it all to bring us to a better place of trusting You. Quicken our hearts with this thought that You see us this very day and that makes all the difference.

Bev just read your new post on your last year and how the Word spoke to you and read you. For some reason it would not allow me to make a comment. There are no words to describe what you stirred in me when I read your heart. I firmly believe that He has His hand fixed firmly on your life and He is moving.
