remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes;

bring justice to the fatherless,
plead the widow's cause.

There is a difference between the evil person who pursues his own goals and the good person who does evil things yet has a longing to follow God and know Him. We will all struggle with evil til the day we die. But those who revere, who resist, who refrain, those will not be controlled by evil. It will not be the motivation of your heart.
COME BOLDLY: Timeless Prayers
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. Same as yesterday. And it will be the same for tomorrow. How can I reason together this day? Help me to live in the confusion because this is not about fixing me or my circumstnaces. Help us find you Today, the One who makes us white as snow.

The Bible is clear in its description of sin. We live in precarious times which can make our sin seem small in some ways, but it is not. May we be aware of the condition of our hearts and live wholly for Him advancing His Kingdom as we run the race set before us.
