He saw what he was up against. The impossible.
And he turned to God in prayer.

Dear Father, this word has carried me through much.
Still reeling from yesterday's word to "Inquire a Word from You."
And here this is. Oh God, may we humble ourselves today and
keep our eyes fixed on You.

So often I don't know what to do, but He is there waiting for us to fix our eyes on Him. I may not know what to do but I know Who delivers me from much and will point the way.

Mary Lou, I thought about you and prayed for you several times this weekend. I know you wanted to see your daughter and her family. Hope you can see them all very soon! Praying for God to heal you with His perfect Touch.
ReplyDeleteThis is literally what I woke up to this morning....I do not know what to do with what is before me....I only know that my eyes are on Him, for He is the one with the answers. for I do not have them. He holds the future and He is totally sovereign. Having more lab work done to see if infection is cleared so that I can get a green light possibly for the ablation next Friday..the 11th. The Lord is so gracious to me to put me on your heart Annette. Thank you for your prayers and for listening to Him and responding. My eyes are on Him....the author and finisher of my faith.
ReplyDeleteLife (hordes or no hordes) is impossible without Him. We must keep our eyes on Him and remain grounded in His Word and in prayer.
