Read with me cover-to-cover in 2026. Start the Old & New Testaments together on January 1. About 3 chapters per day. About 15 minutes of your day. Join us as the axe of Biblical Love thaws the frozen parts (66LL) in our hearts. My focus in 2026 is counseling yourself from the Word. We average 60,000 thoughts per day. Take courage. Talk to yourself from Truth. I am more emotional and pensive and overly-sensitive than most. I need to know how to truly live.

Acts 3 "Live Tall. Love Well" (June 17)
Peter said to the lame man. Rise Up and walk. May we turn to our limping world and offer the Author of Life Who has raised each of us up from our wayward ways. Rise up. Stand straight. Live tall. Love well. Psalm 20:8 ~ while others are polishing and straightening up their trophies, stand tall, alive in Him. What do I have to "let go" of to rise up and stand tall? Live in this moment. Truly live. It's the most important moment you have.

They didn't have silver or gold, but what they did have, they freely gave. They prayed, God healed a man, God was glorified and the Gospel was preached.
ReplyDeleteA verse for Sally today and for all who need healing:
ReplyDeleteAnd his name—by faith in his name—has made (this man) Sally strong whom you see and know, and the faith that is through Jesus has given (the man) her this perfect health.
Let's pray together again in unity and agreement today. Our Pearls community is such a place of refuge to me. Love to you all.
A quote by Beth Moore that I read on FB today.."Faith is not believing in my own unshakeable belief....it is believing an unshakeable God when everything in me trembles and shakes. I thought of Sally and others like her and our own dear Bev when I read this. Have found out that Sally has to have two more spinal taps after today, a week apart, for they are not always accurate. She has and appointment on June 27 in Boston with Dr who specializes in breast cancer that involves the brain. Praying God's richest blessings on everyone in the body of Christ who is prompted by Him to pray for her and those like her. May she and her family represent all of those out there in need of His peace and His healing....may they realize it is not them holding on to Him so much as Him holing on to them. May His presence be so strongly felt in that room that she is in right now that even the doctors will sense the power of the Almighty Jehovah. Praying that for each one of you who needs for Him to show up in some circumstance in your life. May God receive all the Glory and the honor!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the beautiful prayer, Mary Lou. I loved what you said about its not so much about us holding to Him, it's Him holding on to us. What a great visual for me. I will hold that thought in my heart.
